We are excited to partner with the James Beard Foundation to raise money for both JBF and Farrand Farm nonprofits to support culinary education. Participating chefs include Dont’e Shaw, Farrand Hall, James Galbraith, Houndstooth and Anamel, Chris Gadulka, Sylvan Table, Dominique Leach, Lexington Betty Smokehouse, and Blair Fornshell, Brown Bear Bakery. Each creating a dish.

Our Sommelier and Gardener will provide a pre dinner tour of the property with complimentary glass of wine.

Arrive at 6pm for a 30 minute tour. Dinner will take place from 6:45-9pm

Farrand Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to provide life changing culinary internships and training opportunities in rural southwest Michigan. Our internship program bridges culinary training across agriculture, sustainability, hands-on training with some of the countries top chefs, and the business behind food. Our focus is on high school and post high school students interested in a career in the food industry.
