Farrand Farm is a 501c3 non profit whose mission is to be a hub for education and learning on the topics of local food systems, culinary training, and sustainable practices in food. 

The southern part of Michigan is rich in agriculture large and small. Farrand Farm will bring farmers, eaters, growers of all sorts to dive into how we can impact how we eat, our health, and create strong economic systems around food.

It's important for new chefs to understand the complete chain of food production from farm to table and back to the farm. Our culinary training will take a short term internship format that provides not only high quality chef training, but direct relationships to farms, hands-on farming and harvesting, and innovation in the food industry.
