Peak Season Saturdays (June-September) we can host up to 80 people. Buyout price starts at $12,800. This includes food and beverage.
Off Peak Season we can host up to 40 people. Buyout price starts at $6400. This includes Food and beverage.
Must meet the minimum buyout price to have a private event regardless of guest count. Max guest count is firm. We can not accommodate more guests than listed.
We can host a large group any day we are open without a buyout but we are still open to the public. You’d just be sharing the night with some new friends.
Please note that booked events are non-refundable.
WEDDINGS
Book 8-12 months in advance
We only host single day weddings. Venue rental fee is $14,000 not including food and beverage. Book at least one year out. Catering and wine/beer is $160/pp for 4 course dinner plus cocktail hour bites.
Venue fee includes staffing, tables, chairs, all set up and clean up, linens, plateware and glassware, Farrand Hall decor, day of coordination, dance floor, lighting/candles, and use of the house for the day.
Friday Dinner Party Wedding (Summer) requires a $12,800 buy-out (Off Peak, $6400). Note that this style of wedding is just a dinner party and does not include ceremony set up, dance floor, or planning assistance. Space is available from 3pm-10pm. This fee includes 4 course dinner, cocktail bites and basic beverage package of wine and craft beer, table floral, staff, all set up and clean up. The Farrand Hall team will manage the nightly flow of activities. Ceremonies will be stand up.
Sunday weddings (Summer) require a $7000 venue rental fee plus $160/pp food and beverage.
FH Market & Workshop: up to 60 people
3 hour rental: free. Includes the space and one staff member. $50/hr after three hours.
Catering starts at $45/pp includes buffet style cocktail foods. A more elevated catering price is based on final menus.
No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Available sites to host a party:
Black Barn: Holds up to 40 people.
White Barn: 16-20 person private dining and/or cocktail.
Pergola: Outdoor dining can hold up to 80 people
