Peak Season Saturdays (June-September) we can host up to 80 people. Buyout price starts at $12,800. This includes food and beverage.

Off Peak Season we can host up to 40 people. Buyout price starts at $6400. This includes Food and beverage.

Must meet the minimum buyout price to have a private event regardless of guest count. Max guest count is firm. We can not accommodate more guests than listed.

We can host a large group any day we are open without a buyout but we are still open to the public. You’d just be sharing the night with some new friends.

Please note that booked events are non-refundable.

WEDDINGS

Book 8-12 months in advance

We only host single day weddings starting in 2025. Venue rental fee is $14,000 not including food and beverage. Book at least one year out. Catering and wine/beer is $160/pp for 4 course dinner plus cocktail hour bites.

Venue fee includes staffing, tables, chairs, all set up and clean up, linens, plateware and glassware, Farrand Hall decor, day of coordination, dance floor, lighting/candles, and use of the house for the day.

MICRO Wedding: 25 people or less (Sundays only)

$7200: includes 5 course dinner, wine & craft beer, ceremony set up, property from 9am-9pm, simple floral, music.

Catering and off site dining:

We can do off site catering and private dining with our chefs coming to you. Please reach out for pricing.

Available sites to host a party:

Black Barn: Holds up to 40 people. See pricing to the right.

White Barn: 16-20 person private dining and/or cocktail.

Pergola: Outdoor dining can hold up to 80 people
