Pushing the boundaries of Midwestern palates and adding a new flair to events of all sizes.In 2020, the covid-19 pandemic rocked L.O.S to the core. As a private specialized catering company, with ‘social’ in the name, we pivoted and designed a special oyster shucking starter kit for no-contact delivery with the safety of the customer in mind. That led to L.O.S. receiving the award for Chicago’s Best Meal kit by The Reader Magazine.Inspired by Chef Rickie’s Taíno- Afro-Caribbean heritage, we offer a full seafood delivery menu featuring some specialties like shrimp and mango ceviche, lobster rolls, colossal shrimp, chargrilled oysters, crab claws, seafood boils, and other raw bar classics usually with a twist.Shucking oysters from backyard barbecues to the James Beard awards, you can catch Logan Oyster Socials anywhere you can have a good time.
