We invite chefs from all over the country to cook for you. Our visiting chef program allows chefs to take over our kitchen Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to showcase a series of dinners for a limited time. Our mission is to bring diverse voices from the food industry into rural America. A part of the country that doesn’t often see the kinds of culturally specific foods that so many chefs are known for. From BBQ to Experimental.
