Every Wednesday Chef Ken Miller and the team are giving some classics a Farrand Hall twist and inviting you in for a casual hang out with three courses and some great conversation.

Farrand Hall Bakery Focaccia vegetable ash butter, pickled vegetables

Main Course

Black Garlic Roasted Chicken morita chili, frill mustard, chicken jus

Charred Cabbage “Wedge Salad” caper + golden raisin dressing, crispy chicken skin, salted yogurt

Dessert: Maple Popcorn Tres Leches
